When you click the “View Details” button for a booking in the list of bookings on your dashboard you have the option to Message or Call your customer. Clicking these buttons initiates a text message or phone call to the phone number given by the customer.
If you are using a smartphone this should work out of the box. If you are using a computer you will need to install software that lets you send SMS/TXT messages and make phone calls. Below is a list of software you can use.

1. Microsoft Teams

3. Zoom
- Platforms: Windows, Mac
- Features: Primarily known for video conferencing, Zoom also offers Zoom Phone, a cloud phone system solution that supports traditional calling features, SMS, and more.
- Integration: Zoom integrates with various calendar systems and provides robust support for a range of communication needs.
4. Google Voice
- Platforms: Web (Accessible on Windows and Mac through browsers)
- Features: Google Voice provides a phone number that can be used for calls, text messages, and voicemail. It integrates with other Google services.
- Integration: Works well across all devices through web and mobile apps, integrates with Google’s ecosystem.
5. Dialpad
- Platforms: Windows, Mac
- Features: Offers voice calls, video calls, SMS, and integrates with other business tools. Dialpad’s AI-powered system provides real-time transcriptions and post-call summaries.
