How to sends SMS messages and make phone calls

When you click the “View Details” button for a booking in the list of bookings on your dashboard you have the option to Message or Call your customer. Clicking these buttons initiates a text message or phone call to the phone number given by the customer.

If you are using a smartphone this should work out of the box. If you are using a computer you will need to install software that lets you send SMS/TXT messages and make phone calls. Below is a list of software you can use.

1. Microsoft Teams

  • Integration: Skype integrates with various devices and operating systems, and offers pay-as-you-go features to call phones directly.

3. Zoom

  • Features: Primarily known for video conferencing, Zoom also offers Zoom Phone, a cloud phone system solution that supports traditional calling features, SMS, and more.

4. Google Voice
